This method ensures a high level of corrosion resistance, with excellent solderability, making it suitable for a broad range of applications. 5. OSP (Organic Solderability Preservatives)
The OSP method involves depositing a protective organic layer over the copper surface of the PCB. OSP coatings are environmentally friendly, eliminate heavy metals and can provide an excellent flat surface finish for fine-pitch components.
